what's showing what's your name my name is mrs. Young school but it might get what is my job at one of the primary school so my job I want a primary schools on the standards-based teacher and I am also a house leader for bee house what is your house leader kind of like an assistant principal it's a little different because our house leaders also have other jobs at the school but we also work kind of like an assistant principal and that we do a lot of the jobs that in the the principal would do what other schools but because we have such a large Elementary School we have a leader for each of the houses are the best things about my job is that my day changes every day so I always have to meet a different favorite things of each day but my favorite consistent is best time when kids get off in the morning and they're so happy to be getting off the bus and coming into school and I that's what makes Windham primary school special place and I thought would visitors come they're surprised at how many buses we have coming and how many students we have getting off buses in the morning do you have any other questions that you like I got asked me how many kids do you have how many kids do I have not here at school like how many children do I have a eye but I'm the mom up I have two boys oh and they both came to school here when they were in primary school but now they're off another schools could you explain to him what standards-based teacher mean nice teacher I I manage the data all the testing and assessment data for the school I scheduled the assessment I also coordinate Title 1 Services across there's so many kids that are struggling with with Rita writing and Sutton and sometimes even trying to figure out ideas for kids that may be doing really well I can help teachers with that but I especially look at all of our test scores in our assessment data like slapping train schedule and analyze the data so as the standards-based teacher I don't have a classroom of my own but I do help other teachers when they're when they're teeth so if they need some strategies to help with kids that are having a hard time maybe learning one subject to the other I can research strategies give them strategies or help to schedule with one of her title one staffer
